• We encourage you to arrive at 8:00 AM for sign-in. Most workshops are scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM and end approximately at 5:00 PM
• The course materials, as well as continental breakfast and lunch on each day are included in the cost of all public programs
• Dress: Participants are encouraged to dress in business casual attire
Workshop Registration & Payment Policy
• All workshop costs include a non refundable processing fee of $275
• PATHOS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event. In the event of program cancellation, we make every effort to notify participants 4-5 weeks prior to the event. Therefore, we recommend purchasing a refundable airfare. PATHOS is not responsible for any airfare penalties, travel or hotel charges that may be incurred due to cancelled or rescheduled events
• Registrations processed online must be paid in full at the time of registration
• Payment(s) must be made in U.S. dollars
Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations, substitutions, and reschedule requests must be made in writing via email to PATHOS Customer Service at info@pathosleadershipgroup.com no later than 4 weeks from the start of the event
• A $275 Administrative Fee will be applied to all cancellations, no matter when the cancellation is made
• All cancellations 4 weeks or less from the start date of the event or program – including “no shows” – are subject to the full program or event fee, with no exceptions
• An organization may substitute a colleague for the original registrant at any time prior to the start of the workshop at no charge; this substitution should be made in writing up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the event
• Should a registrant wish to attend a program on an alternative date on which PATHOS is running the program and there is availability, the registrant should provide PATHOS with notification of this change 4 weeks prior to the start of the event
• Program registrants who fail to attend with no notification (i.e., “no show”) will be charged the full program cost
Restrictions
Due to licensing constraints with our partners, PATHOS programs are not open to consultants. For consultants, PATHOS partner licensing is available and programs require an additional fee for participation by consultants plus mandatory signing of a nonsolicitation agreement stating that business will not be solicited on-site during the program, nor for a stipulated duration after the program conclusion.
