The University of Texas Executive Coaching program said that Mr. Palazzolo “Mastered the Executive Coaching Material”. As such, he is a certified business coach, an award-winning trainer, respected businessman and author of “Got Influence” (2007), “The Influential Leader” (2008), “Influential Sales” (2009), “Communicate with Influence” (2010), as well as several articles published in over 100 periodicals. He is recognized as the creator of the most innovative programs combining leadership development with the social-psychology study of influence and persuasion: Influential Communication, Influential Change, Influential Customer Retention, Influential Sales and Influential Team Building.
In addition to his duties at Pathos, Sam Palazzolo acts as an Adjunct Professor in management at Ashford University (Formerly the Franciscan University founded by the Sisters of St. Francis). He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Indiana University and a master’s in business administration (MBA) degree from Vanderbilt University. In business he was a key team member in the development of General Motor’s SATURN Corporation as well as establishing Toyota’s current marketplace dominance. A strong believer in continuous and never ending improvement (KAIZEN!), Mr. Palazzolo holds several professional certifications (Professional Certified Coach – PCC, and Certified Professional in Learning and Performance – CPLP) and currently works with the School of Management at the University of Texas in their Executive Coaching Program. He has held several board positions within his professional associations (NSA, ICF, OD Institute & ASTD).
